(Cleveland) - Jeffery Scullin will serve 33-years-to-life in prison for gruesome killing of popular teacher Melinda Pleskovic.
Scullin was supposed to be Pleskovich's son-in-law and he was living in the family's home when police say he killed her.
Scullin didn't speak in court when he was given the opportunity today. His former fiancée said in court today that he should never be able to walk free again.
