(Put-in-Bay, OH) -- Four Put-in-Bay officials are being accused of using their positions to help themselves. Ottawa County prosecutors say the mayor and two Village Council members steered city contracts to the mayor's business associate. The village's former fiscal officer is accused of using taxpayer funds for her personal use. The charges stem from a lengthy state and local investigation.
