Released On Bond For Car Theft, He Steals A Second Car

(Fairview Park) – Police are looking for a man who, after he was released on bond for stealing a car, is accused of carjacking a second car.

Sean Vanderlin, 32, of Cleveland, was arrested by Fairview Park Police Wednesday for possession of a stolen vehicle.  He was held overnight in the city lockup until his appearance in court.  Vanderlin was released on bond Thursday afternoon, walked 1000 feet away from the Fairview Park Police station, to where he found a woman sitting in a parked car.  At knifepoint, Vanderlin ordered the woman out of the car and drove off with it toward Cleveland.

Vanderlin is white, 5’6”, weighs 160, and has brown hair and brown eyes.  He is usually in the West Boulevard/Madison Avenue area of Cleveland.  He’s considered armed and dangerous.
