(Cuyahoga County) - Investigators have identified a woman who was shot and killed on Cleveland's east side.
Detectives say 36-year-old Shavonne Willis was fatally wounded multiple times on East 121st street. Willis's young stepson was at the scene when police arrived but but officers report that he was not hurt. It was the 99th fatal shooting in Cleveland this year.
Meanwhile in a separate incident, a teenager is recovering from being shot in the back and the neck. Police say the 16-year-old was wounded on East 72nd Street.
