City Drops Police Headquarters Proposal

(Cleveland)  --  Cleveland police headquarters will remain in the Justice Center for the foreseeable future.  City officials backed out of plans to buy the former Superior Avenue home of The Plain Dealer yesterday, three months after announcing the 60-million-dollar relocation.  No reason was given for the decision.
