(Middlefield) -- A tornado touched down in Middlefield Thursday in Geauga County. That's what the National Weather Service in Cleveland is saying today. The EF-1 cyclone damaged a building on Madison Road . Wires and poles were also down on Nauvoo Road. A Tornado Warning was issued in the area at around 2:15 p.m. Thursday and expired an hour-and 15-minutes later. A tornado also touched down in Trumbull County in the West Farmington and Mesopatamia areas.
