Celebrating One Cleveland

(Cleveland) - East and west siders gathered on the middle of the Lorain-Carnegie Bridge, and in a show of unity they held hands and chanted "One Cleveland!".

At the center of it all was Mayor Frank Jackson. It was the summer conclusion of a program called "Hands Across CLE" which was aimed at boosting togetherness.

Throughout the summer, Hands Across CLE events have been held around the City of Cleveland bringing together people from the East to West Side to promote unity.

Friday event featured a variety of entertainment and local vendors, and was free and open to the public.
