(Cleveland, OH) -- Corey Kluber struck out 11 in eight innings and picked up his career-high 19th victory as the Indians beat the White Sox 5-3 in Cleveland. Jason Kipnis homered for the Tribe, which jumped out to a 5-0 lead.
Yandy Diaz drove in two runs for the Indians, who are 46-and-30 at home.
Daniel Palka and Omar Narvaez hit solo shots in the sixth for Chicago. Carlos Rodon was the losing pitcher. The White Sox are 3-and-9 in their last dozen games.
