CLEVELAND — Learn how to brew beer and taste the results in a hands-on community education course offered in October by Cuyahoga Community College (Tri-C®).
The course focuses on the science of beer making while providing tips to start a home-brewing operation. Students will brew and bottle a batch of beer during the course, offered over four Thursday night sessions (Oct. 4, 11, 18 and 25).
Classes take place at Tri-C’s Hospitality Management Center of Excellence, located at 180 Euclid Ave. on Public Square. Cost is $149, which includes parking. Students must be at least 21 years old to participate.
