(CLEVELAND) Cleveland Police are asking for help in locating sixty-year-old Leroy Wright. His daughter has not seen him since August 30th.
Wright reportedly suffers from PTSD, drug addiction, high blood pressure, breathing trouble, and blood clots. He's been suicidal in the past.
He lives at 1575 East Boulevard. Call Cleveland Police with any information.
