The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information which would lead to the capture of fugitive Jarell Davis. Davis is wanted by the United States Marshals Service and the Drug Enforcement Administration for conspiracy to distribute controlled substances.
Davis, 29, is a black male, standing approximately 6 feet and weighing 185 pounds. Davis has associates and family throughout Cuyahoga and Lorain County. Davis is to be considered armed and dangerous.
