KENT - Kent State University is demanding a stop to plans for a Second Amendment rally on campus.
On Wednesday, school officials told organizer Kaitlin Bennett she can't hold the open-carry event, claiming it would violate their rally policies.
Bennett slammed the university on Twitter, calling the cease-and-desist order a scare tactic and promising the rally will happen next month as scheduled.
