(Cleveland, OH) -- Two Cuyahoga County Clerk of Court employees are facing discipline for looking through trial evidence. One woman was suspended without pay for 20 days, while the other faced a similar punishment for 10 days. A third worker resigned before any suspension could be issued. They had looked through evidence against the man convicted of killing Alianna DeFreeze.
