(Lorain)-One of two emaciated and sick dogs abandoned by their owners in the backyard of a Lorain home has died. Lorain Police Office "doc" Rick Broz got a tip about the animals earlier this week. They needed to be taken on stretchers from the backyard of the home because they were so weak. Alert neighbors tried feeding the dogs but Broz warns against doing that saying it could make a starving animal even more sick. The younger dog is still fighting for life.
