(Cuyahoga County) - A 21-year-old woman was struck and injured by a car in downtown Cleveland this morning.
Investigators report the victim was riding an electric bike near East 9th and St. Clair when she was struck. The woman later died at MetroHealth Medical Center. Detectives say the driver of the car is in custody.
