Bank robber at large - was released by mistake

(Cuyahoga County) - The Cleveland FBI is urging the public to keep and eye out for a Toledo bank robbery suspect, who might be heading here, after being mistakenly released from the Lucas County Jail.

Twenty-eight year old Don Ellis Jr. is charged with robbing a Fifth Third Bank branch in Toledo earlier this week, in which he is suspected of threatening bank workers with a weapon, and is considered armed and dangerous.

Ellis was released at 10:30 p.m. on Wednesday, and was wearing a black T-shirt, white tennis shoes, and blue shorts.

He may go by the name of Antwon Moore. Ellis was previously convicted of bank robbery 6 years ago.

Anyone with information about Ellis are urged to call local police or the FBI. There is reward money available.
