It began in Cleveland and ran west through Lakewood: a mob of 75-100 bikers and ATV riders, who ignored many traffic signs and signals, not to mention running their bikes over private property as they made their run across town. Lakewood Police have announced five arrests in their continuing investigation of the weekend incident. Two of the suspects have had charges filed thus far: Brendan Noble of Ashtabula, and Reuben Lee of Cleveland city. Both are out on bail.
