(Cuyahoga County) - Beachwood Police are investigating after 59-year-old Richard Warn was found dead inside his Brentwood Road home.
Officers were sent to the home to do a welfare check on the podiatrist Thursday night.
Detectives say they didn't find any evidence of forced entry into the home. The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner says the cause of death was multiple gunshot wounds. .
