FBI Asking For Help Identifying Mantua Bank Robber

MANTUA - The Cleveland Division of the FBI, Akron Resident Agency, along with the Mantua Police Department, is asking the public for assistance in identifying an individual that committed a bank robbery on June 30, 2018.

On 06/30/18 at approximately 930am, an unknown black male, approximately 5'9"-6', entered the Cortland Bank, located at 11661 State Route 44, Mantua, and placed a note on the counter demanding money and threatening to kill everyone.  The unknown suspect displayed what was believed to be a small explosive in a handbag he was carrying.

Reward money is available for information leading to the successful identification and prosecution of the individual responsible for this robbery. Tips can remain anonymous.
