(Cleveland, OH) -- For the first time nearly a century Downtown residents will be able to live on the shores of Lake Erie. That's as soon as the Harbor Verandas project is completed, which developers say today should be by October.
So far about half of the apartments, which will be behind the Rock and Roll Hall Of Fame, are rented up.
They go for between 3-and-4-thousand dollars per month. There are 16 homes total.
