(ORANGE VILLAGE) It's billed as "Bistro/Bowling/Bocce" all under one roof, and the roof covers 27,000 square feet of space opening Saturday at the Pinecrest in Orange Village

"We are a restaurant with entertainment," says Dale Schwartz, the Founder/CEO of Pinstripes, a Beachwood native and graduate of Hawken School in Gates Mills. "We are not a bowling alley with food so we really lead with our cuisine."

The cuisine is Italian along with 14 lanes and eight indoor and outdoor bocce courts, fire pits, patios, and banquet space for up to 600.

The company is currently based in Chicago with Cleveland becoming its tenth location and there are plans to open up more in the near future.
