PARMA - The American Veterans Traveling Tribute (AVTT) Vietnam Wall will be rolling into Cuyahoga Community College's western campus.
Sponsored by American Legion Post 703, Wednesday afternoon, a University Hospitals helicopter will lead the escort to Parma from above while honor guards from Brunswick, Strongsville, Middleburg Heights and Parma, will lead the escort from the ground along with as many as 1,000 bikers from Rolling Thunder.
The wall will enter the campus under an American flag hoisted in the air by Parma and Parma Heights fire departments’ fire trucks.
The travelling memorial will be open to visitors starting at 1 on Thursday afternoon, until 1pm this Sunday and will remain open 24 hours a day during that time.
