(Cleveland)  --  It's been three decades since the hottest day in Cleveland's history.  Thirty-years-ago temperatures topped 104 degrees, the hottest day in the very hot summer of 1988.   June  1988 was the second driest month in the city's history, too.  Tuesday's high in Cleveland is around 73 degrees.   It'll be in the nineties later this week.
