Hands Across CLE

Clevelanders WTAM

(Cuyahoga County) - Hands Across CLE was held today on Mall C from noon to 2 p.m.

Clevelanders from the east, west, south, and north sides of town came together and held hands, in a symbolic gesture of unity and understanding.

This event is a prelude to the Hands Across the Lorain-Carnegie Bridge culminating event scheduled for September 21st.

Hands Across CLE is part of Mayor Jackson’s vision to bring together people across the city to learn more about each other, make connections and celebrate the diversity Cleveland has to offer.

There was entertainment, 20 vendors, artists and more at today's event.
