By Johathan Daniel

(Chicago, IL)  --  Yoan Moncada and Yolmer Sanchez hit back-to-back homers in the bottom of the first as the White Sox defeated the Indians 5-1 in Chicago.  Matt Davidson had two hits and drove in two, while James Shields improved to 2-and-7 on the mound.

Joakim Soria got the final out for his ninth save.

Jose Ramirez plated the Cleveland run with a sac-fly in the sixth.  Adam Plutko didn't make it out of the fifth inning, giving up five runs to drop to 3-and-1.

Cleveland still leads the AL Central at 35-and-30, five games ahead of Minnesota.  The Sox are fourth at 23-and-42.

The Indians and White Sox continue the four-game series at Guaranteed Rate Field Wednesday night with Trevor Bauer taking the mound for the Tribe, and Dylan Covey for the White Sox.  First pitch at 8:10 p.m. on WTAM 1100 and 100.7 WMMS.
