Mom and Daughter Killed by car going 100 MPH

(Tampa, FL)  --  Triple-digit speeds are being blamed for the street-racing death of an Ashland County mother in Florida.  Tampa police say Cameron Herrin's car was traveling at 102-miles-per-hour last week when he struck and killed Jessica Reisinger and her two-year-old daughter.  Herrin is charged with vehicular manslaughter.
