CLEVELAND- In a rare move, The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force has named the same man as their "Fugitive Of The Week" for a second week straight, due to "the serious nature of his crime."
The Task Force is offering a reward for information which would lead to the capture of fugitive James Ogletree.
Ogletree is wanted by the United States Marshals Service and the Cleveland Division of Police for aggravated murder. Ogletree is accused of robbing and shooting O'Shay Miller, 25, of Cleveland.
The shooting happened on April 8 at a home in the 12200 block of Sobieski Ave. Cleveland. Miller later died at MetroHealth.
Ogletree aka “Nooder”, 22, is a black male, standing approximately 6 feet 2 inches and weighing 190 pounds. Ogletree is known to frequent Garden Valley Apartments and the Woodhill neighborhood in Cleveland. Ogletree is to be considered armed and dangerous.
