(Tampa, FL) -- An Ashland County mother is dead and her child is hospitalized after a street-racing crash in Florida. Tampa police say 24-year-old Jessica Reisinger of Jeromesville was struck and killed yesterday while crossing a busy road with her two-year-old daughter. Three people were arrested at the scene for their roles in the crash that left the toddler in critical condition.
