(Ashtabula, OH) -- An Ashtabula County man is accused of killing another man while hunting. Darrell Shepard was indicted yesterday on eight counts, including involuntary manslaughter, in the death of 62-year-old Randy Gozzard. Prosecutors say Shepard was illegally hunting last year when he shot and killed Gozzard, then failed to report the death to police.
