Lake Health Names Osterman VP

CONCORD TOWNSHIP — Lake Health has named William J. Osterman vice president of Acute Care Services. In this role, Mr. Osterman will have overall responsibility for Critical Care Services, Medical-Surgical Services, Obstetrics/Women’s Health, Nursing Resources and Pharmacy.

Osterman comes to Lake Health from Affinity Medical Center in Massillon, where he served as chief nursing officer. In that role, Osterman oversaw all clinical nursing departments, Pharmacy, Therapy Services, Respiratory Services, Radiology and the Clinical Laboratory. Prior to that position, he was division director for Lutheran Hospital of Indiana, where he led the Cardiovascular Intensive Care/Organ Transplant Unit, two Medical Surgical Units, and Inpatient Dialysis.

Osterman received his associate’s degree in Nursing from Delta College, Michigan, and his bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University, where he also received his master’s degree in Business Administration. He is a veteran of the United States Army.
