Corelife To Open New Fairlawn Location

Fairlawn –  CoreLife Eatery, an active lifestyle restaurant offering a variety of greens, grains and broth-based dishes, will continue bolstering its Ohio presence by opening a new location at 2870 W. Market St., Suite A in Fairlawn. CoreLife Eatery brings together scratch cooking with flavorful source ingredients and a quick, casual service line for a healthy and affordable eating alternative.

The highly anticipated new eatery will open its doors in Fairlawn for the first time at 11 a.m. on Thursday, May 24. CoreLife Eatery offers a wide variety of fresh ingredients that are transformed into custom-created dishes. All foods are free of trans fats, artificial colors, sweeteners, other artificial additives and GMOs. The chicken and steak used are sustainably raised and never given antibiotics or hormones, and the bone broth is slow simmered all day for maximum taste and nutrition. Creating a menu that tastes great because it’s healthy is the secret to CoreLife Eatery’s success.

The Fairlawn restaurant is part of a larger development agreement with franchisee Billy Lewis. Lewis opened his first CoreLife Eatery in Mentor in March, making the Fairlawn location the second of 21 that he intends to open across Ohio and Pennsylvania. Lewis, of Red Letter Hospitality, plans to establish eateries in and around Cleveland and Youngstown, Ohio, as well as Erie and State College, Pennsylvania.

“After 30 years in the food manufacturing, I know a great concept when I see one. There’s no doubt in my mind that CoreLife Eatery is a winner,” Lewis said. “I quickly fell in love with this brand and the healthy concept on which it was founded, and I’m very excited for communities across Ohio and Pennsylvania do the same.”

“There’s a widespread belief that healthy food can’t possibly taste good. We’re debunking that myth,” Todd Mansfield, partner and Wellness Champion for CoreLife Eatery, said. “We have a unique menu made entirely from fresh, simple, high quality ingredients that taste fantastic and our customers want to eat. We can’t wait for the community in Fairlawn to experience CoreLife Eatery for the first time.”

“CoreLife Eatery is more than a brand –our food is a key part of our customers’ active lifestyles,” Scott Davis, President and Chief Concept Officer of CoreLife Eatery, said. “We’re making it easy, convenient and affordable to eat clean, without sacrificing flavor.” During his tenure as Chief Concept Officer at Panera Bread, Davis led many key initiatives that drove the long-term success of the company and now applies his proven knowledge and expertise to this new and emerging concept.

CoreLife Eatery strives to promote active lifestyle activities by offering and participating in a number of health-related events in the community. CoreLife Eatery staff members are proactively sharing their food concepts as well as wellness ideals through talks at local organizations and participation in community events.
