(Cleveland) -- Cleveland police are investigating a crash that killed a wheelchair-bound pedestrian. The man was crossing Fulton Avenue at Walton Road yesterday morning when two vehicles crashed at the intersection. The chain reaction caused one of the vehicles to slam into the victim, who was pronounced dead at the scene.
