Hello Bistro To Open In Cleveland

Beachwood - Hello Bistro is ready to rock Cleveland with its ginormous salad bar, beefy burgers, hand-cut fries and fast-casual, hip atmosphere. On Wednesday, May 16, the restaurant will officially open its doors at Beachwood Place (2101 Richmond Road).

At Hello Bistro, Clevelanders can enjoy the good things in life, like the ultimate salad experience which means unlimited toppings and fresh ingredients all chopped to order with no dreaded scale waiting at the end. Guests have the option to create their own salad or try one of Hello Bistro’s most popular salad masterpieces like the Apple Almond Crunch Salad or the Caribbean Shrimp Salad.

To celebrate its first Cleveland location, Hello Bistro has decided to name a specialty salad after the city. The Hello, Cleveland Salad will be available at the Beachwood location for a limited time. Salads aren’t for everyone and that’s okay, because Hello Bistro also offers juicy burgers, like the Mushroom & Onion Jack Burger and fresh hand-cut French fries.

“We are extremely excited to introduce Hello Bistro to the Cleveland market,” says Kevin O’Connell, Chief Marketing Officer, Eat’n Park Restaurants. “Hello Bistro is where heathy and indulgence come together in a fast-casual dining experience that has something for everyone. Guests will have the opportunity to create a different experience every time they visit.”

Hello Bistro will be choppin’ salads and flipping burgers daily from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Online ordering is also available for guests that prefer to skip the line and grab and go from the Hello To Go pick-up shelf.

Hello Bistro launched in Pittsburgh in 2012, and there are six Pittsburgh area locations. Cleveland is Hello Bistro’s first expansion outside Pittsburgh. For more information visit www.hellobistro.com.
