(CLEVELAND) The family of 21-year-old Andrew Dorogi disagree with the ruling in Mexico that their son's death was accidentally, falling out of a subway car and onto electrified tracks -- they say they believe he was murdered.
Dorogi died in Mexico City while on spring break. A paper, The Daily Mail, found inconsistencies in the initial ruling, reporting windows on similar trains only opened a few inches and also no mention of electrocution in the autopsy but only trauma wounds.
Dorogi graduated from University School in 2014 and played tight end for Amherst College, set to graduate this month and start work as an investment banker.
The U.S. State Department has deferred all inquiries to Mexican officials.
