April Snow Brings May Flowers?

(Cleveland)  --  This month could go down as one of the coldest Aprils on record in Cleveland.  The National Weather Service says temperatures are six degrees below average this month, leaving northeast Ohio on pace for the third-coldest April ever.  Forecasters are calling for much more normal temperatures to arrive during the first week of May.
