(Cleveland) -- A Fairview Park family has closure after waiting nearly 40 years to find out what happened to their missing brother. The Cuyahoga County medical examiner identified a body pulled from Lake Erie in 1980 as that of Dale Edwin Cooper. His fingerprints had been taken when the body was recovered, but there were no matches until the prints were sent into a missing persons database.
