Manny Machado homered and Trey Mancini delivered a clutch two-run double in the fifth inning to help guide the Baltimore Orioles past Trevor Bauer and the Cleveland Indians on Friday night at Camden Yards.
It was the Tribe's second-straight loss as the offense continued to struggle, only scoring one run over the past 25 innings. Bauer fell to 1-2 on the season.
The Indians took a 1-0 lead in the first inning but failed to do more damage after loading the bases, something that may have costed them later in the game.
The Indians and Orioles play the second game of their four-game wraparound series Saturday at 4:10 pm ET.
