Josh Allen is one of the hardest quarterbacks to figure out. He has been projected all over the draft board--as high as being the No. 1 pick in the draft to the Browns to being rated as the fourth or fifth best quarterback prospect in this year's draft.
He has been called a "boom or bust" prospect. With the first overall pick, those are not the words you want to describe the selection.
