(Cleveland) - The Baseball Hall of Fame will not put the Indians controversial Chief Wahoo logo on anymore plaques.
Cooperstown announced today the Indians' "Block C" logo will be on Jim Thome and all other Cleveland players when they're enshrined.
Thome will be inducted into the Hall of Fame in July and had previously said he didn't want the smiling Indian chief's logo on his plaque.
The Indians are planning to remove them from uniforms next year, but will still sell merchandise with the logo for trademarking purposes.
