CLEVELAND - A downtown bartender learns her fate for selling alcohol to an underaged patron who winds up severely injured during Saint Patrick's Day festivities last year.
29 year old Carrie Buehner has been given a year's probation and community service for illegally selling drinks last Saint Patrick's Day to 20-year old Megan Keefe at spirits night club on West 6th Street in downtown Cleveland.
Keefe fell from a second floor balcony inside the bar and suffered severe head injuries which have left her permanently disabled.
Buehner pleaded no contest to a disorderly conduct charge.
