Beyonce and Jay-Z Coming to CLE

CLEVELAND – FirstEnergy Stadium, home of the Cleveland Browns, will host JAY-Z and Beyoncé on July 25 as the two join forces for the recently announced OTR II stadium tour.

Cleveland will be the first North American city to host the OTR II tour, which features 15 cities across the UK and Europe and 21 cities in North America. The tour begins on June 6 in Cardiff, UK.

Tickets for the concert at FirstEnergy Stadium will go on sale to the public starting Monday, March 19 at LiveNation.com and all usual outlets. The OTR II tour is presented by Live Nation Global Touring in association with Parkwood Entertainment and Roc Nation.

 

As announced in November, FirstEnergy Stadium will also host Taylor Swift’s reputation Stadium Tour on July 17.

Last summer, FirstEnergy Stadium hosted a sold-out concert during U2’s The Joshua Tree Tour 2017, as well as an international soccer doubleheader during the 2017 CONCACAF Gold Cup, which featured the U.S. Men’s National Team.

In 2015, the Browns, with the City of Cleveland’s support, completed a two-year modernization project of FirstEnergy Stadium that began in 2013 to provide the team and its fans a top-tier facility for NFL games, as well as major events and concerts. In the summer of 2014, Beyoncé and JAY-Z performed six weeks of sold-out stadium dates across North America with their highly anticipated ON THE RUN tour. The tour closed with two international dates in Paris, France that were filmed for an HBO special that received an Emmy nomination.
