(Cleveland)  --  Floodwaters are expected to start receding in several northeast Ohio communities today.  The National Weather Service says sunshine and temperatures in the 50s over the next few days will provide much-needed relief from a rainy weekend.  Flood warnings and advisories for parts of Lorain, Ashland and Holmes counties are expected to expire this morning.
