FBI searching for armed bank robbers

East Cleveland bank robbers

(Cuyahoga County) - February 20, 2018, at approximately 10:40am, the US Bank located at 1813 Forest Hills, East Cleveland was robbed by three unknown black males.

The three unknown males arrived in a Newer black Honda Accord, two of the unknown males exited the Honda and entered the bank. 

A suspect brandished a handgun and put the gun to the head of the security guard in the lobby.  A teller was approached and money was demanded.  The teller complied with the demand.  No physical injuries were reported. 

The armed suspect was wearing a blue surgical mask. Both suspects were described as very young, skinny and estimated to be around 5'9"-5'10" tall. 

Both suspects fled the bank and entered the waiting Black Honda Accord with driver.  

The Black Honda Accord was recovered approximately two hours after the bank robbery.  This vehicle was carjacked from the Euclid area earlier this week.

Tips can be provided to the Cleveland FBI or the East Cleveland Police Department. Reward money is available for information leading to the successful identification and prosecution of the individuals responsible.  Tips can remain anonymous.
