(Cleveland) -- Steps are being taken to advance the plan that would connect Cleveland to Chicago with a high-speed transportation system. Hyperloop Transportation Technologies reached an agreement with North Ohio Areawide Coordinating Agency and Illinois's Department of Transportation to do a study on the project. The goal is to collect data to identify the service's potential route. If a Hyperloop is built, it would mean Clevelanders could travel to the Windy City in under a half hour.
