(Cleveland) - Two men are in police custody after they were accused of attacking a Cleveland animal control officer who was issuing a warning concerning a barking dog.
The 44-year-old city employee, Keith Dozier, suffered a broken leg last night in the 16-hundred block of Spring Road.
Police say Dozier was punched in the head by 41 year old Matthew Timoch who is the dog's owner.
Dozier was able to put Timoch (pictured) in a choke hold until police arrived.
Investigators claim 49 year old Douglas Spoden tried to kick Dozier in the face. Both Spoden and Timoch are charged with felonious assault.
