(New Philadelphia, OH)  --  The former Tuscarawas County police officer who lied about being shot on duty is headed to jail.  Bryan Eubanks was sentenced yesterday to 90 days in jail for inducing panic and other felony charges.  Eubanks pleaded guilty to shooting himself in a botched suicide attempt, then claiming he was shot during a traffic stop.  The report sparked a massive manhunt for a phony suspect.
