It's well documented that the Browns and Bengals couldn't complete a trade that would've sent quarterback AJ McCarron to the Browns at the NFL trading deadline in October.
According to ProFootballTalk.com, a ruling is expected to come by Wednesday that could allow McCarron to hit the open market as an unrestricted free agent come March.
