(Cleveland) -- The family of a man whose murder was livestreamed on Facebook is taking the social media network to court. Robert Godwin Senior's relatives filed a lawsuit last week claiming Facebook was negligent in not notifying police about the threat posed by Steve Stephens. Stephens gunned down Godwin last Easter on Facebook Live before killing himself at the end of a manhunt.
