(CLEVELAND) - The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information which would lead to the capture of fugitive Marlon Stanley. Stanley is wanted by the United States Marshals Service, the Cuyahoga County Sheriff’s Office, and the Ohio Adult Parole Authority. Stanley is wanted by the Cuyahoga County Sheriff’s Office for rape in connection with a Dec. 15, 2017 incident at the 1300 Block of Superior Avenue. Stanley is also wanted by the Ohio Adult Parole Authority for parole violations with underlying charges of kidnapping and rape.
Stanley, 51, is a black male, standing approximately 6 feet 2 inches and weighing 190 pounds. Stanley’s last known address is the 15600 Block of Corsica Ave, Cleveland, Ohio.
