(Cleveland) -- Cleveland Clinic doctors are using technology to help treat northeast Ohio's flu outbreak. They're encouraging patients to use an online video link to discuss symptoms and diagnoses without going to the hospital. The Express Care Online service is being seen as a way to keep germs out of emergency rooms and care for sick patients more efficiently.
